Every holiday season, I look forward to getting my first tin of peppermint bark. It’s no surprise then that I always find new desserts to recreate the same flavor combo. My Peppermint Bark Brownies give a seasonal twist to traditional brownies. They are easy to make and are sure to satisfy any crowd. Here is how to make them:
- for the brownies:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 8 ounces melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups cocoa powder
- ½ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 8 oz. white chocolate
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candy canes
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until light in color.
- Add sugars and mix until combined.
- Add butter, vanilla extract, and cocoa mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Pour melted chocolate over the brownie. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy all over.
Grease and line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper:

Add butter, vanilla extract, and cocoa mixture. Mix until just combined:
Pour into prepared pan:
Bake for 45 minutes:
Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over hot water:
Pour melted chocolate over the brownie. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy:
Put in the fridge to set the chocolate or let it set at room temperature.







I made these because I love peppermint bark. I added 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract to the white chocolate for that extra mintiness I love so much. The recipe is great
I made these during christmas time. The brownies comes out SO MOIST and delicious. The white chocolate and peppermint just adds to the amazingness. YUMMY AND EASY!
